Important information about the Comfort Package
• The Comfort Package is separate from the rental agreement.
• It does not affect access to the property, the rent, or the rental dates.
• If not confirmed at least 7 days before arrival, the rental will automatically default to the
Basic package.
• If purchased after check-in, some services may be activated later,
although the monthly price will remain unchanged.
• In case of any discrepancy, the version of the contract written in the chosen contractual
language (Catalan or Spanish) will always prevail. Translations are provided for

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Rentals up to 6 months: 1 month's rent
Rentals over 6 months: 2 months' rent.
