We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.

This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.

Completely renovated studio on the ground floor of a beautiful building from the year 1900 completely renovated and with a large elevator.

The house is delivered fully equipped and furnished. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully furnished living room with a 50-inch TV, a fully equipped American kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, etc and a big bathroom. Ideal for one person or a couple.
High-quality reform maintains the old elements, double-glazed windows, central air conditioning, and the highest quality materials.

The apartment also has a private patio of 5M2 and is very quiet and the building has a huge community roof terrace with incredible views, for the use of the tenants, there is a plan to adapt it and accommodate it with a living and leisure area.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

-Monthly rent: 1140€/month.
-Utilities: 150€/month
-Internet: free
-Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT.
-Cleaning fee: a single payment of 100€ (VAT included).
-Contract preparation fee: a single payment of 100€ (VAT included).

DEPOSIT:
-RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE AND A HALF MONTHS' RENT.
-RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
