We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.

This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.

Stunning penthouse with two double bedrooms located in the heart of Barcelona. The apartment, with 43 square meters has top quality finishes. The bedrooms are spacious, with one of them having a terrace of 11 square meters and the other with an even larger terrace of 18 square meters and insuite bathroom.
The ceilings with exposed beams and walls with exposed brick details give a charming and unique touch to the space. In addition, the apartment is fully furnished and has a bathroom in the living room for a total of two bathrooms, making it an ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Barcelona.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

-Monthly rent: 1550€/month.
-Utilities: 200€/month
-Internet: 50€/month.
-Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT.
-Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 190€ (VAT included).
-Contract preparation: a single payment of 190€(VAT included).

DEPOSIT:
-RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE AND A HALF MONTHS' RENT.
-RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
