You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, including the balcony, both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the private stairwell entrance. The MyRentalHost team will personally welcome you at check-in and remain available throughout your stay to provide assistance, recommendations, and local tips so you can experience Barcelona like a local.
Other things to note
- The apartment has its own private stairwell, with no shared access with neighbors.

- Please note: the building has stairs and no lift, as is typical of historic El Born properties.

- Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round.

- Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) are included up to €150 per month. Any excess will be charged to the guest upon presentation of the corresponding invoices.

- Late check-in is available with an additional fee (see House Rules).

- A short-term rental agreement will be signed prior to check-in, confirming that the apartment is rented exclusively to the guest making the reservation.

- A monthly management fee of €250 applies to all stays and will be collected separately, in line with temporary rental regulations.

- Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

- Weekly housekeeping and a change of bedding/towels can be arranged for an additional fee.

- Only guests listed in the reservation and registered in the rental contract may stay in the apartment.

- Please respect the neighbors and community rules—parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited.

- The apartment must be left in reasonable condition at check-out to avoid extra cleaning fees.
