Final cleaning 90€ (Weekly cleaning NOT INCLUDED). Extra cleaning services can be coordinated at an extra charge.


Utilities are not included in the rental price (water, electricity, gas, internet) there is a deposit of 300€/month to cover them.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- +5 months: 2 months

This apartment is for vacation and leisure use.

There are works in the public area in front of the building "Boqueria". The works are alien to (hidden), we do not have control over them
