The predominant white colour in the whole place, small details in its decoration and all the included comforts will welcome you to an unforgettable stay. Its beautiful balconies will become the ideal place to spend the afternoon and relax after a day of sightseeing.

It has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large closet. The first room with balcony overlooking the street Riera Blanca. One bathroom with shower.

Large living room with a sofa, dining room for 6 people, and fully equipped open kitchen. Balcony with table and chairs and a small balcony near the kitchen.

Note: This apartment is for monthly stays greater than 31 nights.

The final cleaning is not included in the monthly price. It will be 60 eur.

IMPORTANT - DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNTS
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month.
- 2 to 4 months stay: 1 month
- More than 5 months stay 2 months.

The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 300 eur/month is payable by the tenant.

This apartment is for vacation and leisure use.

There are works in the building next door. These works are beyond the control of (hidden), we have no control over them.
