From this part of the city you can reach both the historical center (5 minutes) and the beaches (10 minutes) both walk to public transport.

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.

- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).

- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
