STUDIO APARTMENT IN BARCELONA

This studio apartment in Barcelona, with attractive rustic designs, is available for long-term stays; which is great for students coming to study or work. The apartment overall is open planned, with it's interior structured with smooth parquet floors and elegant beams. The whole studio is furnished with cool contemporary decor, giving the studio a soothing zen ambiance. The small kitchen, situated in the center of the condo, is furnished with all the necessary utensils and cutlery that will be needed during the long stay.

The apartment is located in the Sant Antoni district, in an area surrounded by many shops and restaurants, serving not only traditional Catalonian meals but also cuisine coming for other parts of the world. The transport stops are a short walking distance to the apartment, allowing you to travel to other parts of the city easily comfortably.

The apartment is situated in the historical district of Ciutat Vella, a short walk from La Rambla, Liceu theater, Boqueria market, and the picturesque port. This area is full of bars and restaurants of all kinds, especially ethnic eateries and numerous nightclubs, including Sala Apollo, The Teatre Victoria, El Molino, and El Condal. For a wonderful romantic dinner, we recommend Suculent restaurant located close to the residence.

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.

- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).

- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
