Our Student Residence is the newest state of the art student community at the heart of the University of Barcelona’s South Campus. If you’ve been looking for the ultimate student lifestyle balance, you’ve found it, and you’ll have it all right on your doorstep once you move in.

As well as providing accommodation for students at the University of Barcelona, the Residence accommodates for students studying at any institution of higher education based in Barcelona.

Our team knows that time is of the essence when being a student, so you’ll be glad to hear we’re not just offering an excellent location for you to thrive while studying, we also offer an amazing all-inclusive service for our students.

We understand the importance of personal space. Every single one of our rooms are spacious en-suite bedroom. As mentioned earlier, time is everything when you’re a student. So additionally, at no extra cost, you get a weekly room cleaning service, fresh bedding and towels, giving you the opportunity to get fully involved in the residence sporting, social and cultural activities taking place.

Additionally, have weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels; sporting, social and cultural activities; home maintenance and much more, all at no extra cost to our students.

Our building is fantastic, with avant-garde design both inside and out. It includes our facilities, as well as facilities from the University of Barcelona itself, where all students can study and work as a team.

Situated just a few minutes from Palau Reial metro station, and just a few metres from Camp Nou, FC Barcelona’s home stadium, the newest student community offers students the best of both worlds, campus life, with the gleaming city lights in reach.

With class literally on your doorstep, you’ll be waking up stress free, with absolutely zero worry of being late. At our Residence, we realize being a student can be stressful. Our team works hard to make sure life flows smoothly. The Residence is conveniently located between the Mathematics Faculty, Physics Faculty and Geography Faculty. All other major faculties are located a short distance away – no matter your faculty building, you’ll never be far away.


EVERYTHING A STUDENT NEEDS

All expenses – water, electricity, etc. – are included in the price of your room. You will also have high-speed WiFi and internet, so you can download all the series, films and documentaries you want, and you can (hidden) your friend in Australia without interruptions ; ).

– Laundry: Our shared laundry is always at your disposal, with coin operated washers and dryers or pay per app.

Weekly cleaning is included, as well as a change of sheets and towels. You will be able to use and enjoy all common areas including study rooms, games rooms and coworking spaces. We’ve thought of everything, and we want to offer you the best for your study and leisure time. That’s why you’ve got a magnificent terrace, which also has WiFi, a fully soundproofed cinema room where you can also rehearse with your band, and a gym equipped with machines to train all muscle groups, which is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Our residences are much more than a place where you can sleep comfortably and eat well. We want to be your new home, and we also believe that the more residents you know, the better. We’ve organized an activity plan, called Plan Go, which is totally free for our students.

With Plan Go, we organize sporting, social, cultural, and personal and professional development activities which help us to get to know you at the start of the academic year, when you’ve just arrived in a new city, but which also opens the door to new experiences which will enrich your university life.
