The minimum stay is 32 nights and the maximum is 330 nights.

- Landlord's Other Fee: 18% of the total rental value (amount of 1 month calculated in the Rent Summary as "Other". The total amount of the full stay will be charged at the move-in date)
- Deposit (refundable) to be indicated depending on the stay length.

APARTMENT WITH 3 DOUBLE ROOMS IN THE PARAL.LEL OF BARCELONA

110 m2 apartment with 3 double bedrooms and private terrace completely renovated in the street Paral.lel of Barcelona. The three rooms have a double bed and wardrobe. It has a bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, also has other facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker ... that will make your life easier during your stay.

- 1 rooms with two single beds
- 1 rooms with two single beds
- 1 room with double bed

Its good location will allow you to be very well connected with the whole city, near the center and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest.
The nearest subway stop is Parallel a few steps from the building, and also a bus stop with several lines that connect with the rest of the city.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month

18:30 - 21:00: 30€
21:00 - 23:00: 50€
23h or after: under request

Weekends and public holidays:
15h - 21:00: 30€
21:00 - 23:00: 50€
23h or after: under request

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.

- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).

- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.

Cats are not allowed.
