📄 ⚠️ Important to Note:
According to Spanish rental laws:
✅ A rental contract must be signed before check-in.
✅ A security deposit and ID copies are required.
✅ Purpose of stay documentation will be requested.
🕰️ Check-in: From 3 PM (Late check-in after 8 PM, weekends, or holidays incurs a €45 fee).
🕰️ Check-out: By 11 AM.
💡 Utilities: Bills included up to €150/month. Excess will be deducted from the deposit.
⚠️ For stays longer than 6 months, the deposit is equivalent to 2 months' rent.

Respect the neighbors.
No pets allowed 🐾.
Strictly no parties or events 🎉.
No additional guests.
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
