Hello!
We’re looking for a new female flatmate (25+) who is working or doing a PhD (sorry, no students) to join our cozy and calm 4.5-room apartment in Wiedikon, just a few steps from Goldbrunnenplatz.

🛏️ The Room
• Fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror, etc.)
• CHF 950/month, all charges included (electricity, heating, internet, Serafe)
• Deposit: CHF 2,850 (standard 3 months)
• Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and two sunny balconies ☀️
• Cellar space available
• Washing machine & dryer in the basement
• Sublease starting November 1st, 2025, for a minimum of 3 months and up to 1 year, with the possibility to renew the contract if it’s a good fit

👯 About Us
You’ll be living with:
💼 Anne-Laure – Swiss-French, working in finance. Enjoys the gym, dancing, and dinners/drinks with friends. Occasionally plays violin (always quietly and respectfully).
🧪 Irina – Belgian, doing a postdoc at ETH. Practices judo, loves cooking, hiking, and reading novels.
We keep a calm, tidy, friendly, and respectful home. We enjoy sharing a meal from time to time, while also valuing our own quiet space.
