The room has it's private bathroom.
The room is furnish with one bed, table, chair, a cloth cupboard.


Deposit : 2 month to be paid before your arrival
Non smoker and no animals
No registration
Minimum rent 3 month

You have to bring your own bedsheets, blanket, pillow.

Internet is at the tenant cost

Please do not try to communicate outside the platform. To book the room,
you have to pay the first month rent on the platform (by either sending me a booking request or if I invite you to book and you accept it). It is not possible to request viewing but I can of course answer all of your question.
Then I send you the contract and rules of the house and you sign on each pages and send me back in PDF + copy of your ID or passeport.
Once I get the document and prove of bank transfert the accommodation is booked for you.
