The studio has a kitchenette (without a cooker), a private bathroom, a 105x200cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk, 2 windows, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can use the common area kitchen or your private microwave to prepare your meal.

The price includes: furniture and household appliances, utensils and kitchenware, Wi-Fi for free, and supplies up to 50€/month (water and light; from the studio + proportional part of the common areas). Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but we offer a set for 110€ (only bed linen).

The common areas are: the hall, a bicycle parking on the ground floor, the dining room on your floor/apartment (with a washing machine), and the terrace on the last floor. On your floor (third floor of the building), there will be 5 students (counting you), but overall (in the building), there will be 24 students and young professionals. There is an elevator, of course.

In this Coliving, you will live with other university students from different countries (including Spanish students). The ages range from 23 to 29 years, and we can also accommodate young professionals up to 30 years.

You can get empadronamiento, but we charge you a tax of 40€ (authorization).

The location is close to El Cauce del Rio Turia, relevant universities, and cultural and historical spots like Serrano Towers, Viveros Gardens, and the Valencia Institute of Modern Art.
