Lease Duration
You stay the time you need.
You can extend your contract as often as you need if still available (but do not worry, we first check with you).
The lease can end anytime with a notice period of 2 (full) months or only 1 (full) month with a 15% extra on last month

Deposit (900 euros)
The day you move in. Can be recovered in cash when you move out
