This centrally located apartment offers convenient access to Münster Westf Hauptbahnhof, just a 10 minute walk away. All essential amenities are nearby, with major supermarkets including Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Aldi, and Lidl within an 8 minute walk.

Bus lines 33 and 34, which provide easy access to the University of Münster, are also close by, with a travel time of approximately 25 minutes to the university. The apartment also has easy access to bus lines 6, 8, and 17.

The deposit is EUR 515, and the first rent payment of EUR 515 is due upon signing the agreement, the total amount to EUR 1,030. The sublet period is from January 2026 to March 2026. Rent for each subsequent month must be paid within the first three working days of the month. Should you wish to extend the lease beyond this period, you may arrange a direct agreement with the landlord.

The apartment consists of 03 separate rooms, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is fully furnished, including a bed, bedside table, work table with two chairs, cupboard, and a glass rack. The room has large windows which gets enough sunlight in the summer.

The flatmates are one from Sri Lanka and Other one is from Mexio. Both don't smoke. Both are friendly.

You have access to shared washing machine and dryer for your laundry. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and essential items such as knives, pans, and other cookware. Additionally, you have a shared dinning table at the kitchen.
