The room is suitable for both students and working people and can be rented both short-term and long-term.
You share the kitchen and bathroom only with me. I am a 33-year-old physicist who has been living and working in Munich for over a decade. I am calm and respectful of other people's privacy. Still, I am also sociable and enjoy having a chat or cooking, or sharing a drink with my housemates if they are interested in common activities. I would also like to help newcomers to the city to settle down and can provide you all information which you would need for a smooth start in this beautiful city.
