Room

The room is about 15 m2, fully furnished, and ready to move in immediately. It comes with a TV, bed, desk, and wardrobe. The apartment was completely renovated before I moved in – I was the first tenant in September 2024 – and it’s in a modern and well-maintained condition. Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are all included in the rent.

Location

The room is in a bright and quiet area in the Milbertshofen-Am Hart district. Supermarkets like Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, and dm are all within walking distance, as well as plenty of food spots. The U-Bahn station Frankfurter Ring is just a 7-minute walk away and gets you to the city center quickly. There are also two bus stops nearby. The location is ideal for interns at BMW, as the company is easily reachable. The Olympiapark is also not far from here.

Flatshare Life

Our WG consists of five people aged between 20 and 23 – mostly students. Nico studies Computer Science at TUM, Nils studies Business Informatics at TUM, Jiu Ann studies Economics with me, and Amanda is working. Sometimes we do things together or just hang out in the kitchen in the evenings and chat. There are no strict rules – sometimes we spend time together, sometimes everyone does their own thing. We respect each other’s privacy, and everyone is free to shape their daily life in a way that works best for them.
