Our rental prices include all utilities (electricity, hot water & high-speed WiFi).
The minimum rental period is 6 months. An optional parking space can be rented for €50 per month.

Das stylisch möblierte WG-Zimmer befindet sich in einer kürzlich renovierten 4-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die hochwertigen Möbel sind so gut wie neu. Durch ein großes Fenster ist das Zimmer schön hell. Die Küche verfügt über eine umfangreiche Erstausstattung. Ein großer Kühlschrank, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, ein Backofen mit Zeranfeld sowie eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem großen Küchentisch und einem Balkon.

Unsere Mietpreise verstehen sich inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Warmwasser & Highspeed-WLAN).
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate. Optional kann ein PKW-Stellplatz für 50 € pro Monat angemietet werden.
