The perfect atmosphere for a short term Maximum stay of six months.
Three minutes walk to the underground and a six minute walk to the SBahn, shopping is also a three minute walk.
Six minutes to main train station. HBF

Your sleeping room is small, however you basically have your own living space/Room The blue room see foto! after 6 Pm most days, a big kitchen, washer dryer, cleaning woman in every two weeks. ( Except when she’s on vacation)
And basically your own WC we share the m(hidden)ath with shower and Tub.

Great energy in my home, No drama and excellent location!

I have home office, so I prefer a student who is gone during the day, so I can coach my clients.
