Fully furnished room in a well-maintained 2-person female apartment (60 square meters) in the heart of Mannheim's Jungbusch district. Despite its central location in the city's vibrant scene, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, the apartment remains quiet, as it is situated at the rear end of the courtyard, away from the street. You can store your bicycle in said courtyard.

The room features high ceilings and a spacious layout. It comes fully equipped with a 1.60 m bed, a sofa, a desk, and a lot of storage space including a wardrobe, a chests of drawers and a cupboard.

The shared facilities include a modern kitchen and bathroom. A washing machine is available in the apartment for use.

All the decorations have been removed so you can obviously decorate it however you like, just remove everything when you move out.
