As a welcome gift, we will give you a kit of personal hygiene products, a disinfection kit plus a towel and a set of sheets already assembled in the room.
Apartment very well connected with Gran Via, Sol, Callao by buses and/or metro, near Príncipe de Vergara, Conde de Peñalver, María Molina, Goya, Velázquez, Padilla, Serrano streets. Metro Nuñez de Balboa (L 5 and 9), Lista (L 4) and Diego de León (L 4, 5, 6).
The apartment environment is quiet and respectful, we do not allow parties, noise, or smoking.
Common areas on the ground floor: kitchen with two refrigerators and two complete bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). One of the bathrooms is next to the room and is almost private. There is no living room.
