This is a fantastic single room for rent with an amazing view of the Sagasta street located near the center of Madrid. It’s close to the living room and bathrooms, but offers plenty of privacy for when you need it.



It’s located in the Chueca-Justicia neighborhood, in the Center district. From here you’ll be able to get to the Nebrija o the Comillas Universities between others in a matter of minutes. Near it you’ll also find lots of restaurants and shops, as well as parks and museums (like the Romanticism or History ones).

The nearest metro stops are *Alonso Martinez (Lines 4, 5 and 10) and Bilbao (Lines 1 and 4).* Perfect to discover Madrid.

- Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday.
- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
