The room has a single bed, a desk area, and a closet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom shared by a maximum of 4 people.

Our coliving is geared toward students and young professionals, generally between 18 and 40 years old, with an international atmosphere. We want you to enjoy Madrid and make your stay comfortable, so our advisors will help you with any questions. When you make your reservation, we want you to enjoy your stay with us, be comfortable, and enjoy our team and community. That's why we don't just offer you a rental, but by staying with us, you will:

The location is unbeatable in the Berruguete area. Well connected, it features buildings of great cultural and leisure importance, and is close to the Francos Rodríguez metro stop, Metro line 7, which connects directly to important areas of Madrid. It also has numerous bus stops with excellent connections throughout the city, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. Check-in: Monday - Sunday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

📅 BIWEEKLY CONTRACT
In the month of move-in or move-out:
- If you stay 14 days or less, you will pay half of that month's rent.
- If you stay more than 14 days, you will pay the full month's rent.
(The amount due for each month is calculated in the payment summary)

💵 Payments before check-in: Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to make the additional payments (security deposit, etc.) through our secure payment system before the move-in date.
