📝 Instructions & House Rules
✅ Arrival in Barcelona: Upon arrival, please call the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
✅ Check-in: Conducted at our office. Keys will be handed over and a rental agreement must be signed. Without signing, access to the apartment is not allowed, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
✅ Guest Limit: Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation may stay. Minors are not allowed, and only the contract holder can collect the keys.
✅ Check-out: Departure time is 10:00 am. If the apartment is not left tidy, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
✅ Administrative Fee: An additional fee applies, calculated based on the number of months of your reservation. This is shown as “Other” in the Rent Summary. Example: “Other: €100/month” for a 3-month stay = €300 total, payable at check-in.
✅ Check-out Procedure: Leave keys on the dining table, take out the trash, tidy the apartment, close all windows, and lock the door.

📅 Minimum stay: 32 nights (per Barcelona rental law).

🧴 Essentials Provided: Towels, bed linens, and a welcome kit (1–2 toilet rolls). No food items included.
