Ich vermiete ein freundliches, helles und ruhiges Zimmer im aufstrebenden, bürgerlichen Stadtteil Mülheim.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Sessel, Essbereich bestehend aus Tisch mit Stühlen, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank, Kochnische mit entsprechendem Geschirr und Kochutensilien, sodass die Zubereitung kleinerer Mahlzeiten möglich ist.
Es ist 15 m2 groß.
. Ich erwarte, dass du das Zimmer regelmäßig, mindestens alle zwei Wochen, reinigst.
Bad,Flur und Toilette werden geteilt.

In der Wohnung lebt ein kleiner Kater.
Deine Gäste sind bei uns sehr willkommen, allerdings möchte ich das deine Gäste sich bei ihrem Besuch auf dein Zimmer beschränken, keine Partys,die Geräuschkulisse auf Zimmerlautstärke beschränkt und keine Übernachtungen

Neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche stelle ich auf Wunsch gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung.
Heizung in den Wintermonaten, das Zimmer/die Wohnung ist sehr gut isoliert,so das kaum Heizung benötigt wird.Die Kosten für Heizung hängt von deinem Verbrauch ab, und lassen sich hier nur schätzen.Die Heizung in deinem Zimmer wird monatlich am an der Heizung angebrachten Heizkostenverteiler abgelesen.

Das Zimmer liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in einer guten Mittelstandslage.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Großes Naherholungsgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ein modernes Café und ein Restaurant befinden sich in unserer Strasse.

I rent a friendly, bright and quiet room in the up-and-coming, middle-class district of Mülheim.
The room is fully furnished with bed, armchair, dining area consisting of table with chairs, desk, closet, refrigerator, kitchenette with appropriate dishes and cooking utensils, so that the preparation of smaller meals is possible.
It is 15m2 in size.
.I expect you to clean your room regularly, at least every 2 weeks.

We share the hallway, bathroom and toilet.


A small cat lives in the apartment
Your guests are very welcome here, I would like your guests to limit their visit to your room, no parties, the background noise to room volume and no overnight stays.

New Towels and bed linen are available on request for a fee.
Heating in the winter months , the room / apartment is very well insulated, so that hardly any heating is needed.The cost of heating depends on your consumption and can only be estimated here .The heating in your room is read monthly on the heat cost allocator attached to the heating system.


The room is conveniently located near public transportation stops in a good midmarket area.
Shopping facilities and various restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Large recreational area in the immediate vicinity.
A modern café and a restaurant are located in our street.
