Nous demandons (au plus tard) à l'arrivée de nos colocataires la signature d'un contrat de bail étudiant commun (4 personnes dans un contrat unique). Les frais de gaz, eau et électricité sont entièrement à charges des 4 colocataires, directement à prendre auprès des fournisseurs d’énergie.
Durée de contrat uniquement 6 mois ou 1 an.

We ask (at the latest) on the arrival of our roommates to sign a common student lease contract (4 people in a single contract). The gas, water and electricity costs are entirely the responsibility of the 4 roommates, to be taken directly from the energy suppliers.
Contract duration only 6 months or 1 year.
