The house is divided into a shared flat (ground floor and first floor) which is occupied by 5 people and a flat on the top floor which is occupied by 2 people. The room that can be rented belongs to the shared flat area. The shared bathroom is shared with the other flatmates. In addition, there is a separate guest WC and a second shower that are used exclusively by the flatmates.

The kitchen is a communal kitchen assigned to the flat share and is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Here you can put your cooking skills to the test and cook and eat together with your flatmates. There is also a large garden. This can be used by all residents to barbecue or sunbathe together.
