Der Boden ist aus Parkett und in der Mitte des Zimmers liegt ein großer Teppich. Das Fenster geht zur Hauptstraße hinaus und morgens ist der Raum sehr lichtdurchflutet. Es gibt drei Steckdosen, was die Nutzung von Strom überall im Zimmer erleichtert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer hervorragend angebundenen Gegend. In nur 3 Gehminuten erreicht man den Bahnhof Düsseldorf-Gerresheim, von wo aus man das Stadtzentrum sehr leicht erreichen kann. In 2 Gehminuten Entfernung gibt es einen Edeka, in dem man alle Arten von Lebensmitteln findet. In 9 Gehminuten erreicht man einen ALDI, wo man Haushaltsartikel kaufen kann. Die Buslinie 730 fährt direkt zum Flughafen, und die U73-Linie zusammen mit dem Zug bringt Sie in 20–30 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.

Die Mitbewohner kommen aus einem multikulturellen Umfeld. Insgesamt wird es neben dir noch 3 weitere Personen geben, mit denen du dir das Leben in der Wohnung teilst.

IIch ziehe um, weil ich eine Wohnlösung gefunden habe, die viel näher an meinem Arbeitsplatz liegt.




Very bright 14 m2 room. It comes with a comfortable 155x200 cm bed, a bookshelf with 8 compartments, a large desk, and a double wardrobe. The floor is parquet with a large rug in the center of the room. The window faces the main street and lets in plenty of light in the morning. There are three power outlets, making it easy to have electricity available anywhere in the room.

The apartment is in an extremely well-connected area. A 3-minute walk away, you’ll find the Düsseldorf-Gerresheim station, which makes it very easy to reach the city center. Just 2 minutes on foot, there is an Edeka supermarket where you can find all kinds of groceries. A 9-minute walk away, there’s an ALDI where you can buy household items. The 730 bus line takes you directly to the airport, and the U73 line, together with the train, can get you to the city center in 20–30 minutes.

The flatmates come from a multicultural background. In total, there will be 3 other people besides you, with whom you will share life in the apartment.

I am moving because I found a housing solution much closer to my workplace.
