This is a shared house with three spacious bedrooms, one on each floor. Each room (approx. 35 m2) is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and toilet.On the ground floor, tenants share a fully equipped kitchen with an island and bar area — perfect for cooking and socializing. The house hosts both students and young professionals, staying between 3 and 6 months. It's a friendly and international environment, with male and female tenants mostly from across Europe.

Utilities are about 165€ / month
Deposit : 1900 € ( sent it back after 2/4 weeks if no damages ) .
