Hallöchen,
Ich suche ab sorfort ein*e neue*n Mitbewohner*in für meine Wohnung am Zionskirchplatz.

Zu der Wohnung:
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem kleinem Bad und einer großen Wohnküche. Die Küche ist ausgestattet(Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle,..). Außerdem gibt es noch einen schmalen Balkon mit Blick auf die Zionskirche.

Zu deinem Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer wäre das kleinere der beiden Schlafzimmer. Ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und eine Komode ständen dir bei Einzug zu verfügung.

Zu mir:
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, fange zum WiSe meinen Master an und arbeite nebenbei in der Gastro. Ich unternehme gerne Sachen mit Freunden und habe auch öfter welche zu Besuch. Zu Schlafenszeiten natürlich nur in kleinen ruhigen Gruppen, ich kann aber trotzdem keine absolute Stille versprechen(schon wegen dem knarzigen Holzboden). Perspektivisch stell ich mir noch ein Fernseher und eine Couch in mein Zimmer, dann ist es noch ruhiger. Als Hauptkomunikationssprache kann ich Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch anbieten.

Du bist eine angenehme, ordentliche Person, am besten in einem vergleichbaren Alter.

Disclaimer:
-Vor der Wohnung ist seit Anfang August eine große Baustelle, offiziell soll sie bis Ende Februar Fertig sein. Ich finde die Lärmbelästigung hält sich in Grenzen, aber das kann sich ja auch immer noch ändern.
-In dem Wohnzimmer wird des öfteren Abends gekifft. Der Geruch verfliegt eigentlich ganz gut, aber falls dich der Geruch stört passt es wohl eher nicht.(In der Wohnung werden allerding drin keine Zigaretten geraucht.)
-Es ist dir leider nicht möglich dich bei dieser Adresse anzumelden.

I’m looking for a new flatmate for my apartment at Zionskirchplatz.

About the flat:
The flat has two bedrooms, a small bathroom and a large kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, etc.). There’s also a narrow balcony with a view of the Zionskirche.

About your room:
Your room would be the smaller of the 2 bedrooms. It comes with a bed, a closet and a desk.

About me:
I’m 24 years old, starting my Master’s degree this winter semester and working part-time in the gastronomy industry. I enjoy doing things with friends and often have them over. At bedtime, of course, only in small, quiet groups – though I can’t promise absolute silence (not least because of the creaky wooden floor). In the future, I’m planning to put a TV and a couch in my room, which should make it even quieter. As our main communication language I can offer you German, English an French.

About you:
You’re a pleasant, tidy person, ideally of a similar age.

Disclaimer:
There’s been a large building site in front of the flat since the start of August. Officially, it’s due to be finished by the end of February. I find the noise isn’t too bad, but that could always change.
In the evening I often smoke weed in the living room. The smell actually clears quite nicely, but if the smell bothers you, it probably isn’t the right fit. (However, no cigarettes are smoked inside the flat.)
