The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a table, a dresser, and a designer steel bed (160x200 cm). The mattress is 1 year old and in very good condition.
The apartment and garden are in the rear building and enjoy a quiet location. There’s a playground across the street. With Tempelhofer Feld and numerous cafes, clubs, and restaurants, as well as the weekly market, the Schillerkiez is the perfect place to live to experience Berlin’s vibrant diversity. The neighborhood is warm and welcoming; in Neukölln, people of all nationalities and cultures come together :)
My current roommate is quiet, works part-time, and is studying for an important exam until the end of the year. That means please be respectful and give her the space she needs. Parties are not welcome here!
