We are offering a fully furnished room in a cozy and friendly 3-person shared apartment (WG). The room is spacious (approx. 22 m2) and comes with all necessary furniture, so you can move in hassle-free. It is equipped with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed, a desk with a chair and lamp, as well as a wardrobe. Additionally, the room has a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher), where you’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining. The shared bathroom features a bathtub and a toilet.

The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys. Move-in can be done between 9am and 6pm, weekends excluded.
