Room Available for Female Student or Young Professional – Join Our House in Grünau (Berlin)

We are looking for 1 girl (student or working professional) to join our shared house starting from end of July, August or September 2025.
Minimum stay: 6 months but longer term preferred.


🏠 About the House:
Our cozy family-style house is located in a quiet residential area of Grünau, close to the Grünau forest and just a 5-minute walk from S-Bahn Eichwalde.
You can easily reach Königs Wusterhausen, Grünau, Adlershof, Schöneweide, and Plänterwald by train – perfect if you work or study in these areas.

Located in a peaceful side street (no car noise – just the occasional airplane as we are 10 mins from the airport).

Surrounded by greenery with a large private garden, perfect for nature lovers!
We have squirrels, a grill area, and plenty of green space to enjoy.

🛏️ The Room:
Comes furnished with a 180x200cm double bed, a premium mattress, a desk, and a chair

You will need to bring any additional furnishings or decorations

Shared fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.)

Strictly non-smoking (not even at the window)

🏡 The House Setup:
3 floors + basement:

Ground floor: Living room, bathroom, access to the garden

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, WC with shower

Attic: 1 bedroom

Basement: Laundry room, extra room, and a 2nd kitchen

Shared with other students

We have a 2-year-old black cat, a puppy (Dachshund), and bicycles for use

Long-term stay commitment (minimum until July/August 2027)

📆 Stay until: 31 July 2027 (ideally 31 August 2027)
