Everything you’ll need is in the flat. You can just arrive with a suitcase and start living with us. Anmeldung is possible of course. The room is equipped with a wardrobed wall, curtains, chair, and a nightstand. Everything is in mint condition.

The location of the house is right in the middle of the vibrant heart of south Friedrichshain, home to Berlin's best restaurants, bars, clubs and of course there's also a supermarket, pharmacy, and drugstore right within walking distance of the house. It's what makes the location so unique: because usually you have to choose between either the comfort of having the necessary amenities close by or having a flamboyant, entertaining and diversified nightlife around.
