A cosy ten-square-meter room in a charming 2-bedroom WG apartment in Prenzlauerberg.
The room has everything you need for a convenient stay: a double (140 cm) bed, a workstation, and sufficient storage space; we also provide bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the upper ground floor of a well-maintained 100-year-old building. It is freshly renovated and has two rooms, so you would share the bathroom and kitchen with another tenant. The brand-new kitchen has an electric oven, induction stove, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.

Prenzlauerberg is one of the most popular districts in Berlin, with nice bars, cafes, and outdoor possibilities. Our neighbourhood is not a party district but a quiet residential area with easy access to shopping facilities (200m) and public transport. Tram stops for M1, M2, 12, and 50 are 500m away, and Prenzlauer Allee station with S2, S8, and S41 is 700m away. As a reference, you need 17 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz from the apartment with public transport, but you can take your bicycle and get there in 12 minutes.

The rental fee is 750 Euro/month flat. That includes everything (bills, internet etc). You can also register at this address (anmeldung), but please note that the room is available only till the 31st of August 2024.
