this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
Our minimum contract period is 6 months but the duration of your rental is unlimited.

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in.
