The stay has everything you need to be happy in a comfortable environment with all kinds of details. It is 15m2 in size.
The stay includes bedding: fitted sheet, pillows with their respective pillowcases, duvet filling, and blanket.
Also included are cleaning of common areas every other week, technical maintenance service, high-speed internet, and all utilities up to the amount indicated in the contract.

This accommodation is intended for non-residential, non-continuous, and non-permanent stays, in accordance with current Catalan regulations. It is expressly excluded from the rental price reference index (art.66b L.18/07, Law 11/25).
