❗ RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- Price: €650 including Bills
- Deposit: €750 (€650month's rent + Deposit bills: €100)
- Expenses not included in the price (water, gas, electricity, internet): to up 70€/month (depending on consumption)
- Check-in/out time: Monday to Friday from 09:00AM to 3:00 PM
* Check-in during Weekends and National Holidays: 60€

*We are looking for a resident (male or female), between 20 and 30 years old, actually working or student.
