Couples are not accepted. However, two people may share the room only if they are friends or sisters and have a good relationship (price for two people: €800).

Our fundamental value is respect. Utilities are included in the price: gas, water, electricity, and internet.

The apartment has a balcony/terrace. It is located just a 2-minute walk from a paddle club and 1 minute from the green metro line (L3 – Canyelles). The flat has been fully renovated.

Important: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, not inside the apartment.

15 minutes by metro to Plaça Catalunya. 1 minute from the Ronda entrance.

Nearby amenities include BonÀrea, La Caixa bank, a pharmacy, a square, and a supermarket.

Close to the mountains, ideal for sports and outdoor activities.
