The room includes bed linen: Bottom sheet, pillows with their respective covers, duvet filling and blanket.


It also includes maintenance cleaning every other week of the common areas, technical maintenance service, high speed internet and all utilities included up to the amount indicated in the contract.

Located on Rambla de Poblenou, just a few meters from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, schools, libraries, and walking areas, we find this fully equipped and furnished designer coliving space.

Upon entering the coliving space, we find a hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware, with a dining area on the island and a washer-dryer.

This coliving space has six bedrooms, four of which have double beds, one has a single bed, and one is a studio-type room with a kitchen and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished with wardrobes. There are two full bathrooms with showers in the common area.
