✨ Our apartment has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a common living room. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, right in the center next to the Plaza de Toros, very well connected by metro and bus to the rest of the city, and with direct lines to the beach and the port of Valencia, less than a 2-minute walk away. It is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students coming to enjoy our beautiful city.

We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳

💰 Mandatory Costs & Fees
🔹 Utilities: Excessive consumption will be charged extra.
🔹 Admin / Agency Fee: €125 (One-time payment).
🔹 Monthly Cleaning Fees: €100/month total (€50/month for common areas + €50/month for the private room).
🔹 Security Deposit: Required upfront. Cannot be used to pay the last month's rent.
🔹 Final Cleaning Fee: €60 (Automatically deducted from the security deposit at the end of the stay).

🔑 Check-in & Check-out Policies
🔹 Standard Check-in: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
🔹 Out-of-Hours Check-in: €40 surcharge.
🔹 Check-out: Strictly before 12:00 PM (Midday).
🔹 Late Check-out Penalties: €50 (up to 4 hours late), €120 (more than 4 hours late). Addition(hidden)uthorized nights incur a €40/night charge.

For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.

The rental price includes utilities up to 60€ monthly. If the overall expenditure exceeds said 60€/month, the cost difference will be split among the tenants of the apartment.
