The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained older building with an elevator; it features high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. It also includes a storage unit in the basement and a courtyard for bike parking.

The location is excellent: a 3-minute walk to Charlottenburg Station (long-distance, regional, and S-Bahn trains), and 5 minutes to the U7 (Wilmersdorfer Str./Adenauerplatz). Kantstraße, Kudamm, and several supermarkets are also just a few minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and green, with Lietzensee and Grunewald nearby.

I’m looking for someone I get along with well—not just someone to share a place with. Cleanliness and a certain degree of order are important to me. The best fit would be someone with a similar lifestyle, such as a student.
