Raumerstraße, berlin

Description :

Bright top-floor room available in a beautiful apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, with lots of natural light and a private rooftop terrace.

The apartment is very well connected, with the M10 tram nearby, while still feeling calm and residential and off the main street. There are many cafes, restaurants and parks within a five minutes walking distance as well. One of the nicest features is the private elevator, shared with only one other neighbor in the building and can only be accessed with a key.

You would share the apartment with one female professional roommate. She is independent and respectful, so this would be a good fit for someone who values having their own space and a peaceful home environment rather than a highly social WG.

The rooftop terrace is for the exclusive use of the apartment and is a great place to sit outside, work, read, or enjoy the view. Being on the top floor also means the apartment gets excellent natural light throughout the day. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer, fully equipped kitchen, tv, shower, bathtub, 1.5 baths, Wifi, and cellar storage.

Ideal for a professional, freelancer, or someone temporarily based in Berlin who is looking for a comfortable, quiet, well-connected home in Prenzlauer Berg.
