Room
There is a sleeping space available in our furnished studio apartment on Wilhelminenhofstraße in 12459 Berlin-Oberschöneweide.
The studio, measuring approximately 35 m2, is set up for two people in total. One person already lives there, and we are looking for a second person to share the studio with him.
Each resident has their own bed and receives a separate rental contract for their sleeping space. The studio is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy.

The studio is located in Berlin-Oberschöneweide. Shops, public transport, and amenities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.
The accommodation is particularly suitable for students, apprentices, and working professionals looking for furnished housing in Berlin.
Shared Living
Your future roommate is from Afghanistan and already lives in the studio. The décor is partly Afghan-inspired and includes a cozy seating area with a rug and floor seating.
We are looking for someone who is interested in a friendly, respectful, and uncomplicated shared living arrangement for two.
